Open a case file
Two channels, one assessment, and a straight answer about whether there is a route.
Message the desk on Telegram or WhatsApp with the profile link and a short description of what the account is doing. We confirm whether it genuinely breaches Instagram's Community Guidelines or the law, explain which official route fits, and tell you plainly when no route exists.
What to send
Four things let us assess a case in one reply instead of five. Send them in the first message and you will usually know the same day whether there is a route.
- The profile link, or the @username, exactly as it appears.
- What the account is doing, in one or two sentences.
- Dated screenshots of the posts, bio, Story or messages that show it.
- Whether you are the person being targeted, or acting for someone else.
Your password, your login, your two-factor code, or access to your account. None of it is needed for any official report, and anyone in this market who asks for it is running a different business to this one.
What happens next
The first step is an assessment, not a sale. If the behaviour does not breach the Community Guidelines or the law, we say so and stop, and that costs you nothing.
We check the breachWe match what you have sent against the specific guideline or law it appears to break, and tell you which official route fits.
We build the evidence fileDated captures, URLs, usernames and the pattern across surfaces, assembled into something a reviewer can act on in one pass.
We file through the official channelThe in-app report, or the impersonation, copyright or trademark form — whichever the harm actually calls for.
Instagram reviews itThis step is not ours. Nobody outside Meta controls it, nobody can accelerate it, and anyone who says otherwise is selling something.
Some cases we refuseReports aimed at accounts that have broken no rule, and anything that amounts to harassing a person you are in a dispute with.
Hours and language
The desk replies Monday to Saturday on Europe/Istanbul time, in English. A case opened late in the evening is normally answered the following morning rather than overnight.
We do not run an out-of-hours queue and we would rather tell you that than let a message sit unanswered. If a situation is urgent — an active sextortion threat, or anything involving a minor — go to the platform's own reporting flow and to your local police immediately, in that order, and message us afterwards.
